Is Php 10,000.00 for Arden House Model. It is not refundable incase you decides to cancel the reservation but it is part of the equity. You can transfer your reservation and equity payment to other person or unit provided same agent and developer.

Monthly Equity
Your first equity will start 30-40 days after paying the reservation. Hindi po sabay ang pagbabayad ng reservation at first equity. Equities paid are not refundable if account is cancelled.  But you can transfer payments (penalties/interest  will be deducted for delayed accounts) to another unit provided under same name or owner and same Agent/Developer.

Monthly Amortization
Your first monthly amortization will start after full payment of equity. Hindi po magsasabay ang monthly equity at monthly amortization.
